📦 Shipping Policy - Fresh Orders

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Service Area: We ship to addresses across India.
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on domestic orders unless otherwise mentioned on the product page. No hidden charges
  • Delivery Timeline:  Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on location.
  • Order Updates: Customers are kept informed via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or call, or a combination of these channels.

🌍 International Fulfilment (Shipped to India)

Some products are fulfilled directly from our international partner warehouses.

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated separately and clearly shown at checkout. Charges vary based on product size, weight, and destination. Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery time: 15–25 business days
  • Customs & Duties: All applicable customs handling is included. No additional payment is required at delivery.

 

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

🇮🇳 Domestic Orders (India)

• Cash on Delivery is available only for selected orders
• COD may be restricted based on:

  • Order value
  • Delivery location (pincode)
  • Past order history

• For certain COD orders, a confirmation or advance payment may be required
• COD availability and conditions are clearly displayed during checkout

🌍 International Orders

Cash on Delivery is NOT available for international fulfilment products
All international orders must be fully prepaid

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges - Shipping Policy

(Applicable to Both Domestic & International Orders Unless Stated Otherwise)

To maintain quality standards and fairness for all customers, we follow a strict returns policy.

✅ When Returns Are Allowed

Returns are ONLY accepted in the following cases:

✔ Product received is damaged, or
✔ Product received is incorrect / different from what was ordered

❌ When Returns / Exchanges Are NOT Allowed

• No returns for change of mind, size preference, or style choice
• No exchanges for international fulfilment products
• Requests raised after the allowed timeframe will not be accepted

⏱️ Request Timeline

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
• Requests raised after 48 hours will be rejected

🚚 Return & Reverse Shipping Charges

Return and reverse shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
• Applicable for both domestic and international orders
• Shipping charges (forward or reverse) are non-refundable

 

🔁 Exchanges

🇮🇳 Domestic Orders

• Exchanges may be allowed only in case of damaged or incorrect products
• Subject to product availability
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer

🌍 International Orders

Exchanges are not available

 

📦 Condition of Returned Products

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
• Products failing quality checks may lead to rejection

 

🧾 How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request

Returns or exchanges can be initiated:

• Directly from the customer profile page, or
• By contacting our support team via the Contact Us section

Required:
• Clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
• Requests without proper evidence may not be approved
