📅 Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
✅ Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are ONLY allowed under the following circumstances:
✔ The product received is damaged, or
✔ The product received is incorrect / different from what was ordered
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, styling preference, or personal liking are not accepted.
❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products returned without prior request approval
• Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personal care items
• Custom-made or made-to-order products
• International fulfilment products (exchange not available)
🌍 International Orders
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products
• Exchanges are not available for international fulfilment orders
• Shipping charges (forward and reverse) are non-refundable and borne by the customer
🚚 Return & Reverse Shipping Charges
• All return and reverse shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
• Applicable for both domestic and international orders
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
📦 Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for approval:
• Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Items failing quality inspection may be rejected

Important:
Clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue are mandatory. Requests without proper evidence may not be approved.
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue fairly.
💰 Refunds
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval
• Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary
